Supporting your Early Years business

All early years business owners and voluntary management committees have responsibility for management, finances and employment of staff in their childcare provision. The experienced Early Years Improvement Team offer support for your early years business and early years committees through meetings with committees, visits to childcare providers, phone and email support.

Areas where they can help include:

  • Practical advice on marketing, policies and charging for childcare
  • Staffing issues – Mediation of disputes
  • Recruitment – Supporting the process
  • Sustainability concerns or issues – the earlier these are raised the better!
