Conditions imposed by planning permissions can be varied or removed under Section 73 of the Town and County Planning Act 1990.
Who can use it?
Applicants or agents may apply to the County Planning Authority to have a condition imposed by a planning permission that was granted by Somerset County Council varied or removed.
How do I use it?
Your application must be submitted on the National Planning Application Forms (1APP). You can submit the forms by post or online via the Planning Portal. For more information please refer to Information and Resources.
