Changes to the Library Service
Somerset's Library Service is changing as the Council works to create a sustainable service for the future and make necessary financial savings.
For more information and updates about the changes, such as reduced opening hours and new mobile library routes, please go to 'Changes to the Library Service' in 'Related Services'.
Survey of Somerset Library Users
We want to know more about library users - who you are, what you use the library for, and your views on the service you receive.
We are carrying out a survey of library users across Somerset from 23 April. Please complete one of the short, confidential questionnaires that will be handed out to all library visitors. The information will help shape the future of the Somerset Library Service, which is being reviewed along with all the services provided by Somerset County Council.
Please note, we also want to hear from library users under 16 years of age, so children will be asked by a member of library staff to complete a questionnaire.
