Thanks to a new Work Shadowing Scheme all employee’s in the Children and Young People’s Directorate will be able to spend up to 2 days per year work shadowing other posts within the directorate in County Hall, Educational Establishments and front line services in the County. The aim of the scheme is to increase understanding between different work groups and to encourage employees to share knowledge, thus improving our customer service.
