- To speak to a Somerset Change worker telephone the DAFFS (Domestic Abuse Freephone Support) helpline (0800 6949999) and select option 4. If no one can answer your call leave a number and a safe time to call and they will get back to you.
- Other local services are obtained by using DAFFS the phone line recognises which area the caller comes from so going to option 2 will give you different options accross Somerset - reflecting local service provision.
