Who is in the Partnership?

The Partnership for Older People is made up of representatives from voluntary and community organisations, District Councils, Health Professionals, Somerset Primary Care Trust and the private sector. Somerset County Council is the lead organisation for Active Living.

Age Concern Somerset is hosting the staff in the Active Living development team. The team includes a Project Manager and five Active Living development Workers.
