The Executive Board has recently approved some changes to this, details of which will be on this website as soon as possible.
Our organisational structure reflects a culture aimed at enhancing the council's ability to respond to key issues and increase the level of corporate capacity within the senior management structure so that key issues such as equalities are woven throughout the organisation.
Each of the Corporate Directors is given a portfolio of responsibility covering both services and specific corporate themes, as illustrated below:
