You can borrow books free of charge. There are charges to borrow videos, DVDs, CDs, talking books and computer games. Talking books, subtitled & audio described videos however are free in some cases.
Items returned after their due back date incur a charge. If you lose an item we ask you to pay the cost of replacing the item.
Adults pay a charge to reserve an in stock item or to order one that is not in stock.
