The Historic Environment Service provides information and advice on the built environment of Somerset. As well as archaeology, we deal with Listed Buildings (particularly those in West Somerset and Sedgemoor Districts) and Conservation Areas.

You can access the Somerset Historic Environment Record which gives information on archaeological sites and buildings.
