On 6th November NSV Caravans Ltd of Burnham on Sea pleaded guilty by post at Taunton Magistrates Court to two charges under the Road Traffic Act 1988.
The charges related to the supply of two Land Rover vehicles during March 2008 that were in an unroadworthy condition.

10 of the charges related to the application of false descriptions by altering the odometer readings on 10 second hand cars imported from Japan. The other 4 charges related to the subsequent sale of 4 of those cars.

The delivery was short weight by 135 kg, no records of checks relating to the packing process were kept and the invoice delivered to the customer did not identify Mr Florence as the propritor of “Morlais Fuels”.
