Reports about unauthorised developments or developments being carried out not in accordance with conditions attached to the planning permission can be made to the 'Local Planning Authority'.
In the case of unauthorised tipping, mineral extraction or breaches of conditions relating to the County Council's own developments - reports should be made to the County Council, either by telephone, email or by completing the form available by following the 'Online Services' button on the right.
Any other unauthorised developments should be reported to the relevant District Council.
The 'Enforcement and Monitoring of Planning Control Good Practice Guide' sets out the County Planning Authority's objectives for the monitoring and enforcement of planning control under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 and the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
