Somerset County Council has a clear complaints policy and cares about what you think; if you are dissatisfied about the standard of service or actions or lack of action by the county council, please tell us using either the online information at our Comments and Complaints page or by contacting us by using any of the contact details below. Your concern or complaint will then be handled in accordance with our corporate complaints handling procedures.
We take expressions of dissatisfaction by members of the public seriously – whether they take the form of a concern or a full complaint - and are committed to dealing with them fairly and efficiently.
