Consulting & Seeking Your Views
Service Delivery
How will the County Council know whether the range of services meets my needs?
You can expect:
-
that people from all communities and backgrounds, whether as individuals, groups, voluntary support agencies or organisations, will be asked for their views and ideas about the services that are offered or should be offered;
-
to be listened to if the services do not meet your needs or if a service important to you is not available, and to receive a reasonable explanation of what will be done about it.
Employment
You can expect:
In order to keep our Equal Opportunities Promise we need your help. We will sometimes need to ask you to give information about yourself such as whether you have a disability, your ethnicity and language needs, your age and sex, whether you look after others. We do not wish to offend anybody by asking for this information. It will help the County Council meet your specific needs and help us keep a check on any group whose needs are not being met.
