This calendar of Religious and Cultural Festivals has been put together to give information about festivals and events which take place during the year, for groups and communities which are represented in Somerset.
Where possible we have tried to ensure that any local variations to the celebration of festivals and events is noted, and we hope that we have been able to reflect much of the diversity represented within the area.
The main source for this information has been the Shap Working Party on World Religions in Education and Bath and North East Somerset Council and we would like to thank them both for their assistance.
