Somerset County Council and Somerset Access and Inclusion Network (SAIN) completed a small audit of venues within Somerset with the aim of providing information on their accessibility. SAIN conducted a postal survey of these identified venues and the results of their survey are below for you to use when booking a venue.
From the responses to the questionnaire, and to help you find the right venue, we have categorised the venues into:
 Fully Accessible
 Partially Accessible
Not Accessible
If the venue is listed as fully accessible they have answered positively to the questions in this criteria, if they have answered key questions positively then the venue was classed partially accessible and if the venue has answered negatively or not answered the questions then they are classed as not accessible.

These criteria are merely a guide and Somerset County Council takes no liability for the accuracy of this information. If there are any specific elements that you know you will need from your venue we would always recommend contacting or visiting the venue before booking.
