Supporting carers and family members affected by someone else’s substance use
In Somerset we are committed to developing support services for carers and family members affected by someone else’s drug/alcohol use.
If you are a carer or family member, please spare 10 minutes of your time to fill in our survey. The results of this survey will help the Somerset Drug and Alcohol Acton Team (DAAT) and its partners to plan and deliver quality services that meet the needs of carers and family members in the county.
The closing date is Friday, 12 December 2008.
