Care and Support at Home

We arrange Care and Support at Home services to help vulnerable people, such as:-

• Older people
• People with disabilities or special needs
  

Care and Support at Home helps you with things which you, or your carer cannot do, such as washing and dressing, so that you can stay in your own home.

If, after an assessment, we find that you need Care and Support at Home, we can arrange it for you. We do not provide Care and Support at Home itself. Instead, we pay other organisations to provide it on our behalf. We only arrange Care and Support at Home with registered organisations
