Introduction
National Highways has now closed its consultation on the A358 Taunton to Southfields Dualling Scheme. The council’s response to the consultation can be found in the Downloads section on this page.
National Highways will now review and log all the responses they have received from:
- local people
- communities
- agencies
- authorities
- other interested parties
After this, they will reconsider their proposals and work out if any changes are needed to improve the scheme. This process is likely to take some months. Whilst this is ongoing, they plan to continue keeping in contact with people interested in the project through their Community Liaison Forum and via meetings with specialist interest groups.
