I qualified as an Integrative Counsellor in 2010 from Bridgwater College before completing my Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Children and Adolescents.My work experience placement was with the Somerset based based charity SWEDA whose services are offered to those affected by eating disorders and with whom I stayed with for 5 years.In addition to being a volunteer counsellor I also took on the roles ‘community support’ and ‘schools support worker.’ My main areas of employment for the last 16 years have been in connection to adolescents and their families in roles such as Youth worker, Classroom Support and family support.I am a member of BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists).
