Introduction

To make visitors and residents’ trips to Burnham-on-Sea, Brean and Berrow beaches and Apex Park even more enjoyable, we arrange for various businesses to trade on or near the beach or park.

We are in the process of inviting offers for a concession for the forthcoming seasons, which run from 1 April until 31 October annually, at the following location:

  • Burnham-on-Sea beach and Esplanade

We are dedicated to keeping our beaches green, so we are unable to take applications for beach goods concessions.

Fees

Please note that the following baseline fees are a suggested minimum to be offered for each available concession per season. All concessions will be subject to VAT.

Burnham-on-Sea Esplanade

  • Food (Not ice cream or coffee): £2000

To apply for a summer 2026 and 2027 seasonal concession licence, please complete the below form.

The closing date for submission of concessions is midday on Friday 6 March 2026.
