Introduction
Welcome to the Schools My Waste Services portal. Here you can report missed collections or request replacement bins for your school or education provider, and (below) download useful support materials to explain and promote recycling in your school.
Missed collections or container orders
- If you are requesting more bins, or an increase in the size of your collected external bins, there will be a charge associated with this, and your request will be referred to SSE so they can confirm your requirements and amend your invoicing.
- If you are specifically requesting larger or more bins for rubbish, please discuss this with the School’s Waste Management Officer prior to submitting a request. It is important that we work to reduce the amounts of refuse produced, as far as possible. Please get in touch at waste.schools@somerset.gov.uk
- Send us a comment, query, compliment or complaint about the school recycle service, via our online form.
