Wells opened its doors in December 2020 as a brand-new construction. The centre consists of:
- 5 light Industrial Units ranging from 474 sqft to 483 sqft.
- Office suite including 12 offices ranging from 107.64 sqft to 163.61 sqft
- 2 meeting rooms for up to 10 people with interactive screen technology.
