The minimum requirement for the vehicle to be on this list is that it is able to carry the wheelchair user whilst seated in their wheelchair.

We have designated a number of licensed taxis under section 167 of the Equality Act 2010, and details of these vehicles (together with contact details for the owner, if they have consented to us including them) can be found below.
