Our preschool is set in the heart of the Blackdown Hills. We have two lovely outdoor spaces, providing different experiences and play opportunities. Our indoor environment is open plan allowing for free movement. We have strong links within the community. We visit the nursing home, the village shop where we get our healthy snacks and plants. The children enjoy walks around the village where there are a number of learning areas to explore and the community field at the hub. We also get visits from our local PCSO who talks to the children about various topics. And our local reverend visits the children for story times. The children take the lead in their learning and interests are used to extend their development to ensure each child thrives as an individual. Staff are highly trained and have a wealth of experience in supporting young children and their learning.
