At First Steps Childcare Limited, we only recruit staff who go that extra mile to foster and maintain a caring relationship with you and your child. Therefore, all of our staff are hired on the basis of a proven and referenced qualification & recent dbs check. Our staff are encouraged to move to the next level of their profession – to aspire to a higher qualification, be it a diploma or degree or spending time putting their most recent training into practice or through attendance of childcare management training courses. All staff are trained in safeguarding & paediatric first aid.
