I’ve been a registered childminder in London and Devon for the last 28 years. ; We have recently moved to Wellington to be closer to our family. ; My husband is a police officer and works for Devon & Cornwall police. ; We have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.; Our eldest daughter is also a childminder. ; We have a large 4 bedroom detached house with an integral playroom. My playroom is filled with age related toys that help children explore their senses and allow them to problem solve and grow their skills and knowledge. ; We love learning about the outside world and I provide lots of fantastic opportunities for children to experience. ; I absolutely love my job and have some amazing references from families that I’ve been childminding for for over 10 years. ; I love taking the children out to explore.; We regularly visit Paignton Zoo, Farms, Crealy, Haldon Forest, Escot, Donkey Sanctuary, Aquariums and many other wonderful places in our local area. ; The children in my care are part of our family and I love welcoming them into our home. I ensure every child is valued, safe, happy and encouraged to reach their full potential. ; My last 4 Ofsted inspections I was graded “Outstanding”. ; ; ;
