Customer service points
Get information, advice, and support on any Council services by visiting us in person at one of our Customer Service Points. In these locations you will be greeted by a member of the Customer Service team who will help you in person with your enquiry.
You will receive support in assessing our digital forms and be able provide documents to us.
Customer access points
Our Customer Access points provide assisted digital access to our online services and virtual meetings.
In these locations you will be supported to use our online services. You can also bring in documentation to be digitally uploaded and sent to the appropriate Somerset Council team.
You will be able to get information, advice, and support by speaking to a member of the Customer Service team through our virtual environment. Customer Access Points will be open in line with the location; however the virtual meeting environment will only be open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
