A by-election has been called in the Market Ward of Frome Town Council, should the vacancy be contested the election will take place on 9 October.
The Notice of Election will be published on Thursday 4 September and nomination papers will be able to be submitted, by hand, from Friday 5 to Friday 12 September at the Council Offices in Shepton Mallet.
