Parcels of land in Street
Notice is hereby given that Somerset Council intends to dispose of the parcels of land and interest of open spaces, trees and play areas listed above to Street Parish Council, as outlined within the Key Decision report titled the “Devolution of Assets and Services to Street Parish Council” dated 19 March 2026.
The consideration for the transfers will be maintenance for the Public Benefit.
The plans of the land referred to above can be viewed below:

- Goss Drive Play Area
- Gould Close
- Mellanby Close Play Area
- Ringolds Way Play Area and Grass Area
- Willow Road
- Wood Batch Play Area
