We have over 100 early years practitioners signed up on courses already – fantastic!  

This is just under 4% of all our early years practitioners. Let’s see if we can reach 10% by the end of the spring term!  

A reminder that this is a FREE opportunity for staff for the next 4 years. There are four modules available already with six more to come. Feedback from other local authorities who started this project last year, of those who have completed the training so far:

• 100% rated the training as good or excellent. 
• 92% feel more confident as a result of the training. 
• 86% are committed to making a change in their setting as a result of the training.
• 92% of learners believe they can support more children with SEND as a result of the training.
