Community Inclusion Activity Team: Young Person’s Day

Young person’s activity day with the rangers including den building, fire lighting, charcoal art, Scavenger hunt, outdoor games and clay animals at Ham Hill Country Park.

Young people new to our service will need to attend with a parent or carer or if 1 to 1 support is required. Bring your own lunch, snack and drink. Please also bring suitable footwear and a raincoat. If it’s raining, we will get wet.

For all children and young people in Somerset with a disability or additional needs.

Suitable for ages 8 to 18.

Grant funded by Somerset Council as part of the Community Inclusion and Activity Team Activities Calendar.

You do not have to be referred to any service to access these activities, unless otherwise stated.
