Inclusive Gymnastics: Skills, Movement & Mastery

About the event

A gentle, semi-structured gymnastics group designed specifically for primary-aged children with special educational needs and disabilities (Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities), or who find mainstream gymnastics sessions overwhelming, who want to build physical confidence, coordination, and real gymnastics skills at their own pace.

How the session works:

Semi-Structured Flow: We combine guided skill progression (balance, jumps, rolls, spatial awareness) with open, child-led exploration.

Low-Pressure and High-Support: No rigid drills or forced warm-ups. Movement is adapted to meet your child’s energy, regulation, and sensory state on the day.

Small Group Density: Strictly capped at 4–6 children to keep noise low, spatial unpredictability down, and coaching attention high.
Perfect for children who find mainstream sports clubs overwhelming, but still love to move, learn tricks, and master new physical skills in a safe, non-judgmental space.
