Jolly Jumpers play zone – Bridgwater – Transition Worker (Autism) in attendance

This session is also open to the general public, we have the last 30mins to ourselves.

This would be somewhere you can meet other families, gain continued support from the team and the young people can have fun and meet others.

A transition worker will be in attendance, if your child is on the assessment pathway for autism, they would also be welcome to attend.

Only ages up to 11 years

Jolly Jumpers offer discount to their sessions via a max card which allows you to have a discount of 20%.
