Description
Bloom After School club is a group providing young people after school activities aimed at aiding them to unwind and decompress after a school day. The session is for school aged children. There will be a different main activity every week, focused around building their community, engagement and understanding – this could come in the form of arts, sports or music etc. There will be an additional solitary activity every week for those who need it. It will take place at Minehead EYE every Wednesday during term time – the session is aimed at young people and gives the accompanying adults a safe
space to share experiences and knowledge. It aims to provide a fun space for parents to chill out and kids to have fun after a long day!
All children attending this session will need to be supervised by a parent or guardian. Spaces only need to be booked for children.
Family activity for ages 8-18, but can attend alone if over 10 and able to cope under group supervision.
For all children and young people in Somerset with a disability or additional needs.
Grant funded by Somerset Council as part of the Community Inclusion and Activity Team Activities Calendar.
You do not have to be referred to any service to access these activities, unless otherwise stated.
