Description
If you are aged 40 to 74 and haven’t had a free NHS Health Check in the last 5 years, you’re entitled to one now.
This 30-minute check could help spot early signs of heart disease, stroke, kidney disease and type 2 diabetes. Even if you’re feeling fine, it’s worth checking in.
