Description
A fun sports session for young people who want to get fit and learn about healthy choices. Featuring fitness activities, sports games and nutrition. Lead by Nova experts in sport, health and inclusion.
Suitable for ages 15 to 18.
For all children and young people in Somerset with a disability or additional needs.
Grant funded by Somerset Council as part of the Community Inclusion and Activity Team Activities Calendar.
You do not have to be referred to any service to access these activities, unless otherwise stated.
