About the event
A friendly and relaxed opportunity for children and families currently on the Somerset Portage waiting list to play, learn and connect with others.
Led by experienced Portage Workers and Learning Mentors from the Virtual School Early Identification Team, these sessions offer:
- Free play activities tailored to children’s developmental needs
- Help, support and advice for families
- Opportunities to meet and connect with other families
- A welcoming and informal environment
- Play experiences that encourage development and learning
