Softplay at The Square – Wells with Transition Workers (Autism)

This would be somewhere you can meet other families, gain continued support from the team and the young people can have fun and meet others.

This session is for families known to transition workers (formally known as CAOT – Children’s Autism Outreach Team)

This activity is for children and young people with autism and for children and young people who are on the Children and Young People’s Neurodevelopmental Partnership Pathway or present as autistic but do not have a diagnosis.
