Transition Worker (Autism) summer activity to Wookey Farm

The team will meet families at Wookey Farm where they visit the goats and pigs, there is also an opportunity to paddle in the stream (running off the River Axe) and play on rope swings along with a picnic.
You can bring appropriate toys to play with on the grassed area if you would like i.e., balls/bubbles etc.
This activity is for children and young people with autism and for children and young people who are on the Children and Young
People’s Neurodevelopmental Partnership Pathway or present as autistic but do not have a diagnosis.
