Virtual School Activity Day to Nine Springs Country Park

Join us for a relaxed and supportive visit to Nine Springs Country Park, Yeovil, designed especially for neurodiverse children and their families. This trip offers a chance to enjoy the park at your own pace, with understanding staff on hand to provide support, reassurance, and gentle guidance where needed.

Nine Springs Country Park offers beautiful green spaces, woodland trails, streams, and quieter areas to explore or relax, making it a great setting for families with different sensory and support needs. There are also open areas for play and opportunities to engage with nature in a calm environment.

There is no pressure to take part in group activities – families are welcome to join in as much or as little as feels comfortable.

Support workers will be present throughout the trip to help with transitions, communication, and emotional regulation, ensuring families feel safe, welcomed, and understood. The aim is to create a calm, positive experience where children can be themselves and families can enjoy time together without judgement.
