About the event
These sessions, which are being held at locations across Wessex Water’s whole water supply and wastewater area, will give you the chance to speak with a Customer Adviser who will act as the point of contact for your local community.
They can:
– Answer questions about your bill
– Refer you for support if you are struggling to pay your bill
– Provide advice on saving water and avoiding blockages
– Answer questions about water quality, plumbing and drainage.
Sessions will be held from 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 2pm. You do not have to book – just show up on the day.
