Children and young people can feel anxious about different things at different ages and different times. Anxiety becomes a problem for children and young people when it starts to get in the way of their everyday life.
- What is anxiety

- How is anxiety different if you are neurodivergent
- What can we do to support neurodivergent people who feel anxious
- What to do when anxiety is a serious problem and needs professional
These sessions are open to all parent carers in Somerset who have a child with additional needs and/or a disability.
