Wise Up Workshop- increasing independence for children up to 12 years old

This session will focus on supporting executive functioning and provide guidance on building age-appropriate independence skills which suit your child’s age and stage of development.

We will discuss how to:

• Encourage resilience and autonomy in ways that honour individual needs.
• Explore practical strategies to make everyday routines and transitions smoother.

These sessions are open to all parent carers in Somerset who have a child with additional needs or a disability.
