In this workshop we will think about, some of the common reasons why sleep is more challenging if you are neurodivergent, looking at how sleep structure differs if you are Autistic and/or have ADHD.
We will consider together, some of the common sleep difficulties neurodivergent young people can face, looking at a range of tools and solutions designed to support both your young person and you, as parents when sleep is lacking!
This workshop takes a compassionate look at some of the sleep challenges, we often see and aims to help you to have more understanding of your young person’s sleep differences, provideing you with some ideas to go away and try.
