About the event
In this workshop we will think about some of the common reasons why sleep is more challenging if you are neurodivergent.
We will look at how sleep structure differs if you are Autistic and or have ADHD.
Together, we will consider some of the common sleep difficulties neurodivergent young people can face. We will look at a range of tools and solutions designed to support both your young person, and you as parents, when sleep is lacking.
This workshop takes a compassionate look at some of the sleep challenges we often see. It aims to help you to have more understanding of your young person’s sleep differences. It will give you some ideas to go away and try.
