About the event
ADHD influences attention, focus, and self-regulation in many different ways.
This workshop covers:
- The core symptoms of ADHD.
- Related behavioural conditions such as Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD).
- How executive functioning impacts individuals with ADHD.
You will explore practical strategies for managing challenges and supporting individuals, making everyday situations, feel more manageable and positive.
