Everyone experiences the world through their senses, in their own way. This training session unpacks the sensory system, including proprioception, vestibular, interoception and explores how these impact daily life and sleep. Learn to recognise the difference between sensory overload and tantrums, understanding the link between sensory difficulties and anxiety.

This workshop will also discuss:
Stimming, what it is, why it helps, and when to intervene.
Gain practical insights and strategies to recognise and respond to sensory needs, in yourself and your children.
How to support sensory needs.
