Wise Up Workshop – Understanding sensory processing

Everyone experiences the world through their senses, in their own way. This training session unpacks the sensory system, including proprioception, vestibular, interoception and explores how these impact daily life and sleep.

Learn to recognise the difference between sensory overload and tantrums, understanding the link between sensory difficulties and anxiety.
