Are you seeing emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or distress in your child or young person?

Children and young people experience a wide range of emotions as they grow and develop. For some, particularly those who are neurodiverse or facing additional challenges, understanding and managing these emotions can be difficult. When emotional development is disrupted, young people may struggle with confidence, relationships, resilience and their overall mental wellbeing.

In this workshop we will explore the different stages of emotional development in children and young people and how these influence behaviour, learning, relationships and mental health. You will gain a deeper understanding of why some young people experience emotional overwhelm and learn practical, evidence-informed strategies to help them build emotional resilience and positive wellbeing.
