Description

A beautiful Grade I listed manor house dating form 1725 on the edge of the village of Hambridge in Somerset. Brick-built in a Palladian style with Hamstone dressing, the privately-owned home is set in 700 acres of parkland and woodland at the end of a mile-long driveway.

Interiors are largely original and the house features a drawing room, historic oak-panelled library, dining room, eight bedrooms, a large six-room cellar and a working dumb waiter.

Outside, Earnshill has two historic courtyards, period stables, a large walled garden, a 200-metre rose walk, and a croquet lawn outside the main entrance.

The grounds include grazing land, woodland, mature oak and cedar trees, a pear orchard, with the River Isle running along its northern boundary.

Owner would welcome all filming requests and can be flexible. Some crew accommodation could be provided on site.
